With reference to your confidential communicet ion No. 41144 dated 14th December 1904, enclosing a copy of a
04 despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong on the subject of hos- pital accommodation in war time, I am commanded by the Army Council to inform you, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies,that they concur in the arrangements proposed by Sir Matthew Nathan.
The Council regret that they are unable to say whether the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty also concur,
as they have been unable to obtain an expression of opinion from their Lordships.
